Many thanks to the team of translators who worked closely with Anam Thubten as he led the translation effort to make this precious text available for everyone. Though he is freely sharing the text itself, Anam Thubten’s guidance is to only practice it if you have received the reading transmission for it.

Dudjom Lingpa revealed many termas or revelatory writings which became the foundation of the Dudjom Tersar lineage. Among them, the Troma cycle is the most well-known, and it is practiced by many people from all different walks of life: lay people, yogis, and monastics. The text presented here is an important sadhana from this cycle and was revealed at Mardo Tashi Gakyil Monastery in the Golok region of Eastern Tibet.
During Dudjom Lingpa’s lifetime, many of his disciples attained profound inner awakening through this practice. It is the quintessence of his teachings, a powerful fusion of the wisdom of Chod and Dzogchen. I feel that this is a sacred medicine for our age of outer chaos and inner conflicts.
